We are open Monday - Friday except holidays. Customers can place orders 24/7. Orders received during holidays will go out on the next business day.
Orders received before 10:30AM Bangkok time (UTC+7:00) on a business day will go out the same day. Orders received after 10:30AM will go out on the next business day.

Note about Taxes, Custom Duties, and Fees
Orders shipped to countries outside of Thailand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
